Englander Wood Stoves

Englander wood stoves are made by the England's Stove Works, Inc located in Monroe, Virginia, which was launched by Bob England in 1975 and at this time it was hardly a "company". Bob England literally was making stoves in his own backyard. Not long after he started, he had enough business to involve his sons and later this venture turned into a company that is selling wood and pellet stoves nationwide as well as overseas. Englander wood stoves come in three different designs, including free standing stoves, wood burning inserts, and wood burning furnaces. There're currently three models of free standing units, and they're 12-FP, 13-NC, and 30-NC. 12-FP is design for heating spaces for up to 1,000 square feet, 13-NC is for up to 1,500, and 30-NC is the biggest and can be used for heating areas as large as 2,200 square feet. All free standing models can come either with cast legs or on a pedestal and some models are approved to be used in mobile houses. Free standing models of Englander wood stoves share all these features: an extra large door glass, a convenient ash drawer for easy ash removal that will reduce your time to clean the stove, and they can have an optional air control system and a built-in air-wash system.

The range of Englander wood stoves for wood burning inserts and wood burning furnaces at the moment features only one model of each design. There is "13-NCI" wood burning insert and "28-3500" wood burning furnace. The "13-NCI" model has the maximum heat output of 60,000 BTU and can heat an area as large as 1,500 square feet. As for all Englander wood stoves, "13-NCI" has a high-tech firebox design for cleaner burn, more heat, and more efficient burn times. The "28-3500" model is a rather big furnace capable of heating areas of up to 3,000 square feet. It's equipped with an extra large ash pan, lined with firebricks, and features a powerful 850 CFM blower capable of circulating hot air around a whole house.
